Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Wendy’s Selfie Station’s website, event services, digital photo delivery and text-messaging services. Wendy’s Selfie Station operates under Navora Software Solutions.

Our services

We provide personalized digital selfie-station experiences for weddings, celebrations, graduations, reunions, corporate events and custom gatherings. Services may include event setup, physical props, personalized photo designs, optional backdrops, digital sharing and private event galleries.

Event requests and bookings

Submitting an availability form is a request, not a confirmed reservation. A booking is confirmed only after we accept the event details and any required agreement and payment are completed. Final services, timing, location and pricing appear in the event agreement.

SMS messaging terms

Our SMS service supports:

• Guest photo delivery: A guest may voluntarily enter a mobile number at a participating event to receive a text containing a link to the guest’s requested photo.
• Event communications: An event customer may separately consent to booking confirmations, scheduling updates, reminders and support messages.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

After an opt-out request, we may send one final confirmation. Receiving messages again requires new consent.

Photos and galleries

Event photos may be available through digital links or a private gallery. Permission for public promotional use of photos is handled separately.

Service availability

Internet, cellular, venue-power and third-party interruptions can affect photo delivery or gallery availability. Cancellation, rescheduling and other event-specific terms are governed by the event agreement.

Privacy

Our handling of personal information, mobile numbers and photos is described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these Terms as our services change. The effective date identifies the current version.
